    Mini safety panel has 44 targets and is widely accepted and utilized by pharma.

    1. Detailed information

    Off-target interactions are often the cause of ADRs (adverse drug reactions), so characterization and identification of secondary pharmacology profiles might help to reduce the incidence ADRs. Four major pharmaceuticals companies (Novartis , AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline) recommended 44 early safety targets. These targets are linked with the cardiovascular, CNS, gastrointestinal and immune system toxicities.
