    Kinases: the key component of cell signaling pathways by transfer of the terminal phosphate molecule from ATP. Among various types of kinases, ICE has established more than 400 kinase biochemical assays, covering common tyrosine kinases and mutant kinases.

     Detection methods: TR-FRET (LANCE Ultra, Latha Screen, HTRF), fluorescence (Kinase-Glo, ADP-Glo), Z'-LYTE, Binding assay, etc.
